We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all undergarments are tried on over your own clothing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your securely sealed package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
